We are proud of our nearly 90-year legacy of product innovation and performance. Now, with our access to the global resources of the ASH Group, we expect to bring to market even smarter solutions.
As the parent company for international brands Schmidt and Aebi, the ASH Group offers a comprehensive and technologically advanced range of products for winter and summer maintenance focused primarily on the industrial, commercial, airport and railway sectors. Schmidt is a familiar name in the snow and ice management industry, manufacturing an array of advanced plows, spreaders and related products. Aebi manufactures heavy duty equipment for agricultural applications.
Our strategic relationship with the ASH Group will provide us with the necessary resources and expertise to keep us ahead of the competition and facilitate the development of new product innovations. Being a part of the ASH Group will not impact day-to-day operations of either company. We will retain the same strong brands with the same committed management team and great customer-focused employees standing behind them. Plus, all North American distribution channels and agreements will remain unchanged, and all facilities will remain open.
