Bottom-trip
The bottom-trip feature keeps the moldboard upright and performing, while the lower portion gives way when obstacles are struck, so you can keep plowing without losing the entire load. Not only does the trip-edge make plowing more efficient, it also absorbs and dissipates the shock caused by obstructions saving wear and tear on the driver, truck and plow.

All Diamond Edge moldboards are manufactured with pre-drilled holes making it easy to add a snow deflector, eliminating time when adding this important safety feature. Since they are pre-drilled at the factory, the holes are sealed with Dura-Slick paint to help prevent rust.

Easy On, Easy Off in Seconds
EZ - Mount Plus
When it’s cold, wet and dark, struggling with a stubborn snowplow is the last thing you want to do. That’s why the Diamond Edge’s EZ-Mount Plus mounting system conveniently attaches or detaches in well under a minute, and leaves the vehicle with an off-the-assembly-line appearance when not attached. Unlike competitors who have up to three plugs, the EZ-Mount Plus system comes with just one patented plug to connect/disconnect. And Meyer’s free-standing jack stand allows you to adjust the plow’s height on uneven our shifting surfaces for easy on/off. |

One-Button Control
All Diamond Edges come standard with ergonomically-designed pistol-grip controllers. This controller features intuitive, back lit buttons that easily control all functions of the plow with the push of just one button per function. On the backside of the controller are diagnostic instructions that make trouble-shooting easier.

It’s hard to plow what you can’t see, so all Meyer snowplows come with dual halogen Nite Saber® Lights. Or you can upgrade to the popular Nite Saber® II Lights. Night Saber II lights are fully adjustable and iso-mounted to resist vibration. Nite Saber IIs feature easy-to-replace dual halogen bulbs and wrap-around turn signals.

Snow Shoes Meyer Diamond Edge
Meyer Snow Shoes are designed to set the scraping height of the cutting edge. It is common for the edge to run ½”-1” higher than the surface when plowing gravel driveways/lots or other ground sensitive surfaces. The shoe is a heavy-duty cast steel for maximum longevity and durability. In addition, the specially designed shape works in tandem with the trip edge to ensure maximum performance. Fits all Meyer Diamond Edge moldboards. Shoes come per each (1).

Plow Markers
Meyer’s heavy duty plow markers allow the operator to see the edge of his plow from the cab providing maximum visibility for increased performance and safety. They are made from solid tubing and are flexible, but durable to withstand the winter environment. Markers are pre-drilled to fit the moldboard, no drilling is necessary. Meyer M1 Hydraulic Fluid
Keep your hydraulic unit operation at factory performance by using OEM M1 Hydraulic Fluid. Meyer M1 Hydraulic fluid is scientifically formulated to synchronize with internal components to withstand the extreme temperatures of the summer and winter. Meyer’s exclusive additives maximize performance and longevity of the complete operating system. M1 Hydraulic Fluid is guaranteed to perform at temperatures - 40 degrees. It is recommended that you drain the M1 Hydraulic in the spring, fill and store the unit with Hydra-Flush over the summer & re-fill with new M1 Hydraulic fluid in the fall.
Note: using other hydraulic fluids or additives voids your warranty and may permanently damage your unit. Comes in case/box of 12 and includes easy pour spout or by the bottle.
