Spread It Where You Want It
Getting the material in the right place the first time is critical. With Meyer’s two internal and four external baffle adjustment systems, you will place the material in the right place, every time. Whether you want to spread four feet to the left, four feet to the right, or spread a thirty foot pattern, you can easily adjust the spreading pattern to meet your unique demands. In addition, Meyer spreaders are engineered to handle virtually any material you can throw at it including salt, sand, and salt/sand mix.

When You're On A Roll, Stay On A Roll
In snow and ice control, high performance in any condition is mandatory, so Meyer includes many performance-enhancing components as STANDARD. Our no-tools-required top screen breaks-up large clumps of material which can cause damage to the drag chain and reduce performance. In addition, we prevent material from building up in the drag chain and slowing you down by including bolt-in chain shields as standard equipment. Finally, we offer as standard, our inverted-V which helps prevent material from bridging and slowing down the conveyor.

Wireless Controls
Who likes wires? Meyer includes a STANDARD wireless controller for your gas driven Polyhawk spreader. No wires running underneath your vehicle. No drilling holes in your cab to mount a controller. Simply load your spreader in the back of your truck and you are ready to spread. The fully integrated wireless controller allows you to start and choke your engine as well as engage your drive system in a simple to use hand-held, wireless controller.

Electric Drive
Whether it is being environmentally friendly or keeping things simple, Meyer’s electric motors will exceed your needs. Our electric drive (optional) Polyhawk offers the best-in-industry performance with the simplicity of no engines, no carburetors, no clutches and no belts. Our heavy duty ¾ HP sealed, electric motor drives the self-cleaning drag chain and poly spinner. Polyhawk’s spread salt, sand, and salt/sand mix, from four to twenty feet.

Swing Up Spinner
Need to get the spinner up and out the way? No Problem! Our no-tools-required swing up spinner easily swings up and out of the way for ease of storing the unit flat on saw horses. Another added benefit of the swing up spinner, you can easily unload any material left in the hopper by simply swinging up the spinner and running the conveyor.

Patented Fork Pockets
Thanks to our patented fork pockets, no overhead crane is required to move your Polyhawk in and out of your pickup truck. All you need is a forklift to quickly install or remove your Polyhawk from a vehicle.

Variable Speed (Wired) Controller System for Electric Spreader
For the ultimate in precise spreading, upgrade to Meyer’s variable speed controller. Designed exclusively for the Meyer LPV electric drive, this rugged controller features a power on/off switch, “blast” switch, and auxiliary switch. The rheostat controller allows infinite adjustment of your conveyor and motor speed. In the event of an overload or jam, two indicators lights will illuminate on the controllers display board. Variable Speed Deluxe (Wireless) Controller System for Gas Spreader
The Deluxe LED Gas Engine Wireless Controller System includes all of the features of the Standard Wireless Controller System but with a remote control transmitter that is over 3.5 times larger than the standard transmitter. The larger transmitter fits comfortably in your hand and it buttons can be pushed even when wearing bulky work gloves. In addition, the transmitter features a green LED light that emits when the conveyor is engaged to indicate that material might be spreading. Timbren suspension system works in conjunction with your vehicle’s factory suspension system to provide added support in the front or rear of your vehicle. Timbren’s rubber cushioned products reduce the harsh ride caused by adding leaf springs or helper springs. Timbren suspension kits come complete as a set (2) and include installation instructions. Meyer Dielectric Grease
Prevent your valuable system from the harsh elements of the winter with Meyer’s dielectric grease. Meyer’s dielectric grease is specially formulated to coat and protect electrical connections from deteriorating elements such as salt and road grime. It is recommended to coat all electrical connections prior to winter and each time you re-connect to ensure optimal performance. Grease comes per each, 2.7oz tube.

Meyer M1 Hydraulic Fluid
Keep your hydraulic unit operation at factory performance by using OEM M1 Hydraulic Fluid. Meyer M1 Hydraulic fluid is scientifically formulated to synchronize with internal components to withstand the extreme temperatures of the summer and winter. Meyer’s exclusive additives maximize performance and longevity of the complete operating system. M1 Hydraulic Fluid is guaranteed to perform at temperatures -40 degrees. It is recommended that you drain the M1 Hydraulic in the spring, fill and store the unit with Hydra-Flush over the summer & re-fill with new M1 Hydraulic fluid in the fall.
Note: using other hydraulic fluids or additives voids your warranty and may permanently damage your unit. Comes in case/box of 12 and includes easy pour spout or by the bottle.

Meyer Chain & Cable Lube
Maintain Meyer equipment with our aerosol Chain & Cable lube. It is specially formulated to lubricate, preserve and protect chains and cables. This transparent heavy-duty dry film lubricant is formulated with the latest synthetic additives to ensure maximum penetration and protection against corrosion. Once applied, the solvent evaporates leaving behind a film that will not attract dust or wash off. Available in 11 oz. aerosol cans.
