For compact tractor applications, Meyer recommends its trip-edge moldboards, the Meyer Diamond Edge. Trip-edge technology virtually eliminates equipment damage while minimizing load drop. The bottom-trip feature keeps the moldboard upright and performing, while the lower portion gives way when major obstacles are struck; this allows you to keep plowing without losing the entire load. Not only does the trip-edge make plowing more efficient, it also absorbs and dissipates the shock caused by obstructions.

Attaching the Plow is Easy

Universal Attachment System
Any compact tractor or skid steer that uses a universal attachment system can be equipped with a Meyer plow. Also known as a “din plate,” this method allows the plow to be attached on the loader arms. Driven by the equipment’s hydraulic system, you get up and down mobility. Meyer offers a manual angling or power angling kits for this application.

Manual Angle Kit
As the up/down function is controlled via the vehicle’s loader arms, the Manual Angle Kit allows you to manually adjust the plow angle to the right or left by releasing a pin, moving the moldboard in the desired direction, then re-inserting the pin in the appropriate hole. This kit contains the inner and outer ram cylinders and attaching hardware.

Power-angling Ram Kit
As the up/down function is controlled via the vehicle’s loader arms, the Power-angling Ram kit allows you to remotely angle the plow right to left by tying into your vehicle’s central hydraulic system. This kit contains two single-acting rams, a manifold block, four hydraulic hoses and associated fittings.

Plow carts are highly mobile custom cradles that allow anyone to move an unattached plow quickly and easily. Now, move your plow around as easily as your gas grille with the Meyer Plow cart. Meyer M1 Hydraulic Fluid
Keep your hydraulic unit operation at factory performance by using OEM M1 Hydraulic Fluid. Meyer M1 Hydraulic fluid is scientifically formulated to synchronize with internal components to withstand the extreme temperatures of the summer and winter. Meyer’s exclusive additives maximize performance and longevity of the complete operating system. M1 Hydraulic Fluid is guaranteed to perform at temperatures - 40 degrees. It is recommended that you drain the M1 Hydraulic in the spring, fill and store the unit with Hydra-Flush over the summer & re-fill with new M1 Hydraulic fluid in the fall.
Note: using other hydraulic fluids or additives voids your warranty and may permanently damage your unit. Comes in case/box of 12 and includes easy pour spout or by the bottle.

Meyer Dielectric Grease

Meyer’s dielectric grease is specially formulated to coat and protect electrical connections from deteriorating elements such as salt and road grime. It is recommended to coat all electrical connections prior to winter and each time you re-connect to ensure optimal performance. Grease comes per each, 2.7oz tube.

This transparent heavy-duty dry film lubricant is formulated with the latest synthetic additives to ensure maximum penetration and protection against corrosion. Once applied, the solvent evaporates leaving behind a film that will not attract dust or wash off. Available in 11 oz. aerosol cans.
